Per line, per day - with volume pricing for multiple lines and sites
The base pricing is calculated per production line per day. For sites with multiple lines, volume pricing applies - the more lines, the lower the per-line cost. Multi-site deployments are priced on a custom basis following a scoping conversation. Whilst the final price may vary based on your set-up we like to be transparent. All pricing is confirmed before any commitment is made.
No - implementation is included
DMC engineers handle implementation as part of the subscription. There is no separate setup fee, no professional services charge and no additional cost for going live. Implementation is typically completed in under a day. You pay the subscription - everything else is included.
No - all deployment options are included at the same price
Whether you choose cloud, locally hosted or hybrid deployment, the subscription price is the same. There is no premium for offline or on-premise deployment - it's a configuration choice, not a pricing tier. For pharma, healthcare or any site with strict data governance requirements, local deployment is available at no additional cost. Some products / functions will however be limited.
