About Machine Analyser – ELAU PacDrive diagnostic tool built by DMC engineers with 10+ years on-site experience.

Machine Analyser wasn’t built in a boardroom. It was built on factory floors – by engineers who spent years diagnosing PacDrive breakdowns and decided there had to be a better way.

BUILT BY ENGINEERS FOR ENGINEERS.

We built it because
we lived the problem.

As the UK’s leading ELAU PacDrive specialists for 10+ years, DMC engineers spend every day on the factory floor. We know the pressure of a stopped line.

The data to fix breakdowns faster is already inside your PLC, but accessing it has always been too complex or too costly. We built Machine Analyser to bridge that gap.

This isn’t a “market-disruptor” or a trend. It is a practical tool designed to solve the downtime challenges we – and our clients – lived with for over a decade.

"It is an engineering problem - not a C-level problem, not a commercial problem, not a data problem. The engineers on the floor needed a tool built for them. So that's what we built."

Dilhan Don Liyanage, Co-Founder, DMC

Why Machine Analyser
is different.

Most condition monitoring solutions are built by data scientists, sold by salespeople and implemented by consultants. Machine Analyser is built by engineers who have done the breakdown call at 3am.

01

We connect to the PLC - not sensors

While competitors clip sensors to cables and measure external signals, Machine Analyser reads directly from the brain of the machine - the PLC. Deeper data, faster insight, no hardware to install or maintain.

02

We know ELAU PacDrive specifically

Generic platforms don't know the difference between a PacDrive M and a PacDrive 3. Our engineers do - and that knowledge is built into every fault code, every diagnostic prompt and every alert that Machine Analyser surfaces.

03

We use it ourselves - every day

Machine Analyser is not a product we sell and walk away from. Every DMC engineer uses it on every client site, every day. We find problems with it before our clients do - and we fix them the same way.

04

We price it for the problem it solves

One hour of unplanned downtime costs £40,000. Machine Analyser costs less per day than a cup of coffee. We priced it that way deliberately - because the ROI should be obvious, not something you need a consultant to calculate.

05

We implement it in under a day

No sensors. No hardware. No lengthy IT project. DMC engineers handle the entire implementation - and the system is live and collecting data the same day. Not in 90 days. Not after a pilot programme. The same day.

06

We back it with 10+ years of expertise

When Machine Analyser surfaces a fault, there's a team behind it who has seen that fault before - on a real machine, in a real factory, at 3am. That context doesn't come from data. It comes from experience.

The people behind
Machine Analyser.

Machine Analysers management team brings over 80 years of combined experience – most of it spent on factory floors, not in boardrooms.

Juwel Aktaruzzaman
Juwel Aktaruzzaman
CEO & Co-Founder - Machine Analyser

Juwel combines 20+ years of institutional data expertise with nearly a decade of first-hand engineering leadership. Having steered data and risk strategies for European powerhouses including 3i, Marsh & McLennan, and GlobalData, he specialises in transforming complex information into commercial results.

As the Managing Director of DMC for 8 years, Juwel lived the industry's downtime pains daily. He has used this dual-expertise to architect Machine Analyser - applying rigorous financial data standards to the factory floor to deliver boardroom-ready ROI.

Dilhan Don Liyanage
Dilhan Don Liyanage
Co-Founder - Machine Analyser & CEO of DMC

Dilhan is a preeminent authority in ELAU PacDrive with over 20 years of pedigree. Having started his career at the source with ELAU in Italy, followed by senior roles at Schneider Electric, he is now regarded as one of the UK's leading experts - regularly called upon by the manufacturer for his technical leadership and industry knowledge.

Machine Analyser is the result of Dilhan's years on the factory floor. After leading countless breakdown calls stalled by "diagnostic blindness," he co-founded the platform to ensure root causes are identified in seconds, not hours.

The only platform
built exclusively for
ELAU &  PacDrive.

Generic condition monitoring platforms treat every machine the same. Machine Analyser doesn’t – because ELAU PacDrive isn’t every machine. It has specific fault codes, specific telemetry patterns and specific failure modes that only come from years of hands-on experience.

Direct PLC connection - no sensors, no hardware, no guesswork
ELAU-specific fault code interpretation built into every alert
I²T values, current readings and drive parameters - not external vibration data
10+ years of real breakdown history informing every diagnostic prompt
Used by the engineers Schneider calls when they need PacDrive help
